Material uploaded onto this site must be the product of the individual user and only original material will be accepted for publication. Any third party material uploaded to the site by the user, whether a visual or literary reference (unless stated clearly in the publication), musical sample or film excerpt. All prohibited material will be removed from site and user profile removed.
Sales through the Soul Fiction Artists Portal site will not be subject to commission of any kind. Individuals or galleries using this site will be responsible for sales through secondary E-commerce services (Paypal recommended).
Soul Fiction Limited will not be liable for any transactions performed through the SF site. The user is liable for any refunds, deliveries and/or packaging of any product sold through the SF site. The company is not liable for damage or misplacement of any product ordered through a user profile of the SF site.
