Peter is a fairly new artist, he's been concentrating on just doing art for a little over a year.
He's exhibited in a couple of London galleries and contributed to a few exhibition/events.
He grew up 'on the move' going to school around the UK and in India, studied foundation at Chelsea School of Art before qualifying and working as a Landscape Architect and Urban Designer.
For art, inspiration is found in the world around him, in and around London, combined with experience of other more exotic places, especially India and South America.
The aim with the art is to capture fleeting sensations and ephemeral qualities, lurking just out of sight - a search for the essence of place. Often paintings are of everyday scenes, the backdrop of city life – but re-interpreted, an attempt to show the commonplace in a new light.
He continues to travel widely whenever he can, he's busy in his little studio or out in the street sketching most days.
